Executive Summary
This paper describes the change management process that is currently taking place at the United Nations Offices in Nairobi, specifically in the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP). The report will cover the scope of the project, the methodology used in achieving the objectives, and the analysis theory pertaining to leadership, employee involvement, communication, culture and performance differences in relation to change management.
The objectives of the leadership and change management process are to: Develop conscious training of employees by taking into account distinct behavior, wants and needs, and the numerous dimensions of the human character; Move beyond dexterity to real integration based on shared cognition and common understanding of multiple angles and views; Instill a culture for revolution by all employees in
