(pg.65) Let alone just one book can put you in danger, when Montag has a stash in his house he put lives at risk. Hiding many books as a secret to his wife shows his true morals as someone to not trust. In this book, Montag thinks that he feels empty and confused, when many people surrounded him. “I don’t even know what yet, but I’m going to do something.”(pg.65) Guy had a simple lifestyle, which he enjoyed at first. But his encounter with Clarisse made his mind switch in a snap and his loud actions led him going downfall.
