I doubt the Rick thought he would ever wake up to a town full of walkers, where he had to look for his family to make sure they were okay. To find out that his best friend betrayed him with his wife, also that Shane wanted to get rid of him. Though it clearly didn’t go the way Shane planned it to go due to the fact that Rick was fine. Rick became a totally different person; he was more aggressive and outspoken. Throughout Rick’s harsh experiences for example the lost his wife, Rick became more insane. Rick slowly began to distant himself from the group that had become his new family, Hershel would always advise him. Hershel began to help Rick to help him return to the person he was before the outbreak. Through these events Rick began to evolve as a person, each situation helped him become stronger and influenced him to take leadership. The fact that Hershel began to advise him he was able to get closer to the group. He started to become the person he was before the outbreak, though he had a different attitude and view on things. Even though he had become a strict leader he was doing it because he wanted the best for the group. Rick has changed and evolved throughout all of his experience and there is more to come in season five. Rick went from good, caring, and loving to defender, strong and brave. The walkers have led to the growth of the police office to a strong compassionate leader and father. “We all can live together. We’ve all done the worst kinds of things just to stay alive. But we can still come back. We’re not too far gone. I know we call can change”

We can say based on the text that he hated his sheep, due to the fact that it is not real. In other words, it was an electric sheep. As was previously stated, In “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”, most of the animals we known today were extinct or almost extinct. You were considered a high class man if you owned a real animal. Although he is willing to one day own a real animal, throughout the novel he starts developing feelings, such as love, for his electric fake sheep. As a matter of fact, Rick Deckard developed empathy for all the androids. We can see this in “Rick slowly loses confidence in the significance and morality of his work, because he begins to realize that the androids themselves are not inherently dangerous, but that the real danger stems from losing our human empathy by guiltlessly enslaving the androids through the moral loophole of antiquated technological hierarchies that privilege the user over the instrument.” (Sims…

Bonies oddly get far more aggressive and gain increased, 28 Days Later-esque speed when they hit this stage…
