Chekhov Misery Analysis
'' How can parents encourage their children to become avid leaders?''

According to expert's point of view, personality features originate from childhood, and leadership qualities are not exceptions. Parents can play a special role in encouraging their children to become avid leaders by protecting, giving independence and freedom of expression to their children. First of all, parent's all-out support from their children paves the way of flourishing talents which are requisites for an efficient leadership. Undertaking the guidance of a group requiring sufficient knowledge and experience. Parent's responsibility is to protect their children especially when they commit mistakes. In my opinion this is the only way by which a person can gain the courage and self confidence, and perform creatively. On the other hand, when somebody depend on his/her parents for support he/she can risk, and broaden his/her knowledge by accumulating experiences. Perhaps giving independence by parents to children can be considered the second decisive and persuasive factor for children to become avid leaders. Parents can create the sense of responsibility and independence by giving different responsibilities to their children in order not to be indifferent about people and surrounding affairs, and know himself/herself responsible for reforms in his/her society. This independence also makes others believe these person abilities, unless; he/she is largely ignored by his/her entourages, and can not perform effectively. Giving freedom of expression seems the third responsibility that parents have. Parents have to attract their children's participation and asking about their opinions. Also parents have to allow their children to express their ideas and attitudes, and criticize others performance logically. It makes people to gain capacity of accepting criticism and reform their performance according to constructive comments of others, and analyze the performance of their

As Elle Woods from Legally Blonde once said, “It is with passion, courage of conviction, and strong sense of self that we take our next steps into the world.” This rhetoric resonated with me as I pushed myself to be a leader at a lower caliber. I think that these are developed in an individual through the environment that they first experienced leadership and with socialization in leadership. Also, there are just some instances of natural borne leadership and that is just as valid. Overall, leadership is easier than it actually is. The title and power is great, but being passionate and transparent about your goals will easily establish confidence and conviction — showing that leadership is attainable for anyone as long as they keep these three traits within…

First let’s start by stating what being a leader is. Being a leader all starts with responsibility. Leadership is the ability to lead people or represent them. Being a leader is being able to stand up for what you believe in. It means you help to make new ideas; you don’t just follow old ones. As a leader, you are a role model for the people who follow you. John Quincy Adams once said, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” (John Quincy Adams, no date). I believe his quote sums up everything. If you can inspire others to simply become more…

They start with the foundation. What consists as a foundation for leadership? Well, one typically look to their parents and teachers and how they help shape and mold the person standing here today. With our parents, we see how they delegate tasks between themselves and our siblings, punish or reward behavior, and their general attitude to stresses that occur. Our teachers shape us into being effective people, besides teaching us our general studies, but teach us how to be motivated to complete tasks, organize and prioritize, and to work in teams with our peers. These people help build a foundation for us because they are the first authoritative figures we come in contact with. This is fantastic if these people you interact with early on are actually caring or themselves had caring people in their lives, but if they don’t and don’t know how to positively teach these foundational skills they can cause irreparable harm. Like with a house, if the foundation isn’t well placed the house will have problems. They can be fixed, but it takes a lot of work.…

To start with, leadership can be passed down. That is the essential concept of a leader. A leader is someone who sets a good example for others. A leader also is someone who can take charge and have a plan in any situation. A leader is someone that everyone else should want to be like. A leader is typically the first person to speak out or show guidance in a situation. Being a leader has a lot of responsibilities. “Leading a team properly requires several complementary efforts on the part of leaders.” (Andolsen, 2008 para 10) A leader has to be able to have people trust them. If people can’t trust what you are saying then they will not know whether or not to believe you and follow your lead.…

There are various types of leader behaviours where each and every type has an impact on the follower’s motivation. Directive leadership is one of them and this is where leaders are instructive towards their followers about their duties, what is involved, how they should be carried out and the deadline for when it should be done by. This must be made as clear and as understandable as possible for the followers. Supportive leadership is another type of behaviour where leaders must be attentive and helpful and make work more enjoyable for subordinates. Participative leadership is where leaders involve followers in making decisions by taking into consideration their ideas and viewpoints. Leaders will want the best possible results from…

There are many important people in our life who can teach us something. But the very first ones are our parents. I totally agree with the statement that parents are the best teachers. They teach us to speak, walk, ride a bike, behave ourselves and for all these they don’t ask anything in return. As the first teachers, parents plant the seeds of peace, love, respect and happiness in the minds of children at a very young age. Another advantage of parents as teacher is that they can easily understand their child’s strengths and weaknesses. Children can be polished by the parents in such a way that their weakness can be made into strength and they can become winners in their life. Experience is another virtue that parents can share with their kids. It helps the child in taking life decisions. Since parents can watch closely the actions or deeds of their children they can provide valuable suggestions. Parents love us and have great patience while passing down their knowledge to us. They wish us success and thus will not teach us bad things. When we become adolescents, parents often teach us the basic things: to be a perfect person, etiquette, behavior, they give guidance in our studies, teach us good manners, and shape us into real humans with feelings and values in life. In conclusion I would say that parents are forever excellent instructors that nobody is totally comparable with because they bring us up, teach us how to become a respectful person and also give us sincere love. All the lessons that we have learned from our parents are enormously rewarding and…
