When i heard the word leadership, i first think about myself to consider if I'm a good example of leader or not. The most important piece of leadership is self-leadership. If a person can't lead herself/himself, how is she/he going to lead others? A good example of leader should know what he/she wants, his/her goal, what he/she can do, and where he/she are is going to coupled with the ability to influence his/her communication, emotions, and behaviors on the way of getting there. If you are an honest, good listener, respectful, well educated, Friendly, confidence, organized and enthusiastic person, then you make a good example of leadership. A leader should treated others the way he or she want to be treated. When you are responsible for a group of people, you'd want them to respect you so you need to be honest with hem, no matter what the circumstance is. Respect others to earn respect from others. Be a good listener and don't be selfish. Excitement is contagious. When a leader is motivated and excited about the cause people will be more inclined to follow. Influencing others to change is a very hard one to do. But first, you must do what you want them to d and understand their view of the world, because not everyone view the world the same. One of the most important key to change a person is resistance. We might not agree with them, but being a good listener and try to understand is a way to do it. Once we know more about their issues and concerns you can help them see a different perspective. Enthusiasm can change the world. Nothing great could not achieved without enthusiasm. Us, teenagers are often very future oriented, We feel that our whole life is ahead of us, and we are enthusiastic about all of the possibilities. You can change the world. You need confidence, be enthusiastic and be positive. Life is mostly what you make it! I think the way we deliver the message is more important than the message we have because Because the way we deliver the message

Before the Spanish-American War even started, the United States predicted conflict with Spain. Because of this prediction, the USS Oregon (captured above) was sent from California towards Cuba. To me, leadership is leading by example. My years in high school have shown me that the person who builds people up, and shows kindness is more of a leader than someone who commands and controls people. I strive to be this kind, caring person who others can look up to. As I grow older, I hope that by doing the right things, I can inspire others to do the same.…

A good leader has great vision. He knows where he wants to go and he knows how to motivate people to believe in the same vision he has for his group and life. He views things as what they could be and not what they are. A good leader is a very passionate person. He is intensely obsessed in whatever he is focused on. He also has compassion for his fellows. While he has goals to accomplish, he consistently cares for the individuals that support him. A good leader is not a selfish individual only thinking about his wants and needs. Also, a good leader is determined in attaining his goals. It is undeniably true that the key to leadership is accomplishing the tasks at hand while building relationships.…

There are many ways a person can be a leader. The way I show my leadership qualities is through listening and helping other people where they need it. Not all leaders need to be the stereotypical loud person of the group. In many ways good leaders are the opposite. A good leader sees what needs done and does it often times without others realizing. They put the group’s needs before their own. One area where I have stepped up to become more of a leader is through ski club. In ski club it takes a bit of a group effort especially when there is just one advisor. I listened and filled in to help where it was needed. For example, I would take beginners to get their rentals and teach them the basics like how to put on their ski pass. I also stuck with the beginners throughout their process of learning. In ski club my leadership qualities showed by listening to who needed help and by doing what I could to lend a hand, whether that was staying with beginners all day or giving them directions to the chairlift. Leadership qualities are important to have and I believe I show mine in a more subtle but effective…

When it is said to be a leader a whole bunch of qualities such as respect, teamwork, trustworthiness, etc. is to be expected. There are other qualities, such as to be unbiased, not boast, do not lie, not be ill tonged-no cursing-, deal with your own issues, treat others-mainly women- with respect, remind others how they are supposed to act, act the part you play within society, and do not be rude. The place within society needs to be “played” correctly, and that can be done by being a proper leader.…
