what I did when I took the persona of Sugar and responded to an anonymous letter from a student. I always had that letter on my mind when I had free time. I was trying to come up with ways to answer her question without being biased because I do not have a lot of experience in the the area she is asking about. I even asked multiple people to read the letter and asked for their input to help me respond to the letter. Responding to the letter creates some sort of bond with the writer. They revealed their biggest problem with you, and they truly think that your response to their letter will help them. This caused me to really think about her problem and respond in the most appropriate way to help out my anonymous writer.
