Child Soldiers: Identified Or Justified?

Have you ever been forced to do something horrible against your will? Have you ever been taken advantage of by someone who wants to use you to their advantage instead of consulting you first or getting your permission? Children who have been forced to be soldiers can answer yes to both of these questions. The real question should be if child soldiers should be given amnesty for their past actions, or be prosecuted because of them? Child soldiers should be given amnesty for their past actions because their human rights have been taken away, they can not make logical decisions on their own yet, and because their lives were threatened if they disobeyed.
