Tyson has struggled with his transition to Jurien Bay DHS, he has often found the standards and work exceptions challenging. He has been achieving consistent results in English throughout Semester One. In order to improve in the future Brayden will need work maintaining greater focus on his classwork and putting extra effort into all assignment tasks.
Dylan's approach to learning has been extremely inconsistent this semester. He has demonstrated that when on task and working well he is capable of producing work of a satisfactory standard. He has often not complete assigned tasks which has had a significant impact on his grade. In order to improve in future Dylan will need to work on developing his persistence and ensuring that he has a go at all assigned tasks and does not predetermine his level of success before making an attempt.
Tayla approach to learning has been inconsistent; she completes set tasks but sometimes does not appear to complete any additional study of preparation. At times, Tayla is too focused on socialising with her peers and as a results she has missed some important explanations. She has produced some outstanding work this semester such as her persuasive speech. He usually completes all assigned work in class, however, he is frequently rushing to finish task which means that he is often not producing his best work. Dylan will need to work on slowing down in class in order improving his presentation standards. If he spends more time working on completing task to the best of his ability his overall results should improve in the future.
Dash is a polite and responsible student who usually works well in English class. Although at times he can be distracted by his peers, when prompted to refocus, he normally returns to work and completes set tasks. He has produced some outstanding work this semester, such as his persuasive speech on blow fish in the marine which was engaging for the whole class.
