Choosing the Right Analytics Solution Choosing the best tools and methods to analyze our website data can be a tough job. Choosing a free web analytics software can it do the job we need, and if we choose to purchase software to analyze the data will it be cost effective in the end? These questions must be answered before the decision can be made. Both scenarios have benefits for the company, but I think the best analytics solution for our Corporation would be to use Google Analytics to analyze our website data. Google analytics offers the analytics tools which will serve us best, and help us to reach our website goals much more effectively. The main areas that we need properly analyzed are our Ad words campaign(s), our social media campaigns, and our SEO efforts and data. Google Analytics offers enterprise level analytics, which includes tools to help us analyze the data from each of these areas effectively, and efficiently. Google Analytics also offers mobile analytics solutions, as well as solutions for content, conversion, and advertising analytics. Google also offers a premium analytics service if XYZ ever needs a more robust analytics solution. Search engine marketing is an important part of our marketing strategy, so properly tracking SEO data is a necessity. Another benefit of using Google as our analytics choice is that Google Analytics and Ad Words are both Google products and can be easily linked. Google Analytics will allow us to “ink visitor behavior to SEM campaigns and make smarter bidding and keyword choices. Once the accounts are linked, we can import goals and conversions, site engagement metrics like bounce rate, and remarketing lists from Google Analytics into our Ad Words account. Likewise, our Ad Words data will import into our Analytics account (Analytics). We also need to accurately measure the value of our social media efforts. Google Analytics offers the
