Cancer is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a specific part of the body . Cancer can begin anywhere and is made up of multiple cell types . Human cells grow and divide to make new cells as the body needs them. When cells become old or damaged they die off and new cells replaces the old cell . Cells become more and more abnormal or damaged . Damaged cells survive when there suppose to die off and new unneeded cells rapidly form.
