In each of these two religions, God is the focal point. In Christianity there is only one God and the same is said for Sikhism. The two believe in an all-powerful, all-seeing, and all-present God. The followers of both Christianity and Sikhism are also called to worship God and keep a daily focus on him. Both groups encourage their followers to obtain salvation by living a life free of strongholds and bondage (Realsikhism, 2016).
