First and foremost, background information must be known about each of these topics to get an in-depth insight on Christianity, individualism, and secularism. Christianity during the Renaissance was mostly made of of Catholicism. The word 'renaissance' in literal terms means rebirth. This time period of rebirth included the philosophy of humanism. The three ideas piggyback each other in some ways. Christianity, or humanism at the time, was the idea that all humans were powerful. Secularism carries that on as we see above where humans expand and see the possibilities that can be overcome by humans because God made them to be like this. Individualism, lastly, follows all of these ideas up very clearly showing each individual that they can do amazing things, not just those who have the abilities to do one or two different tasks or create one or two different artifacts or paintings like "The Moneylender and his Wife".
