It is broken into five sections: “Management Vision,” “Management Plan,” “How does it work?,” “The Daily Routine,” and “Sum it Up.” This management plan will be followed by appendices that include examples of items outlined within the management plan, classroom layout, and employment applications.

We will formulate and thoroughly discuss all rules and procures during the first day of class. After the rules are agreed upon by all, we will model the behaviors repeatedly so that students have a visual understanding of what is expected. The reward and discipline procedures will be outlined, charts will be made, and reward for the marble jar will be chosen to provide incentives for modeling desired behaviors from the first day. The plan allows for a mutually respectful student teacher relationship and provides added incentives to students for considerate treatment of classmates. Further, this plan outlines expectations for homework, absences and other classroom procedures and provides clear and appropriate guidelines for these. It has allowed students with disabilities and those with behavior problems.
