Client Reflection

When therapist met client at home for individual therapy, client greeted the therapist. Client was given a copy of the treatment plan, client and the client's mother reviewed, agreed, and sign the treatment plan. Client showed understanding of the protocol of the first meeting in regards to the risks and benefits of therapy, freedom of choices, privacy rights, confidentiality and the limits of confidentiality. Client showed understanding of child abuse, dependent adult abuse, elder abuse, self-harming behavior, homicidal and suicidal ideation, and other potential high-risk behaviors. Client did not report any self-harming behavior, homicidal and suicidal ideation, and other potential high-risk behaviors when the therapist assessed it during the session. When therapist checked client's mood, client reported feeling happy today
Client added that the girl sometimes tell me that "I will be here all the time until you finish the high school". When therapist asked client how she is in grade 11 and she will be here at the school for the next 4 years, client said "I do not know, this is what she said". When therapist asked if the client sees the girl anywhere else, client stated, "No, I can see her only at school". When client been asked how she does feel about what the other girl said, client stated, "It does not matter, I want my day at school to be done and go home, I do not answer her or even get angry when she says bad things to me". Therapist reminded the client with the psychiatrist's appointment on November, 13th for the psychiatry evaluation. When therapist asked client about her feelings about the session, client reported that she was anxious when she come at the beginning on the scale from 1 to 10 as 1 is the lowest, at the beginning was 10, during the middle of the session was 7, and at the end of the session was
