Reflection Journal of the Visit to the Chi Lin Elderly Home
In fact, this is my first time to visit to the elderly home. Before this visit, I think that will be a boring experience for me. As I don’t have any experience which visit to the elderly home, I prepared all night to review the counseling course pack and try to remember the skills I have learnt.
In that day, the elderly I have met is almost eighty years old. When we saw each other, there was a bit embarrassing. I introduced me once and I asked some of her personal information casually. After that, I change my sit as to sit behind her to reduce the distance between us. Then I asked her what is she doing before this activity start and asked her that she have lunch already or not. After she spoke out
