Subjective
The objective of the therapy secession that took place on February 4, 2016 was to work on articulation and voice with E.S, who was eight years and five months. The severity of E.S’s articulation and voice diagnosis was mild. The Clinician who led this therapy session was Kasten. E.S was well behaved and engaged. She asked questions, and demonstrated knowledge of the objectives by acknowledging when she did something wrong, and how she could correct it.

Assessment
In the first activity, “determination of voice” E.S performed well, resulting in roughly ninety percent accuracy. When working on /s/ sounds E.S made some mistakes, leading to about fifty to sixty percent accurateness. In the third activity, working on /er/ sounds, E.S results led to about ninety percent correctness. E.S scored roughly sixty to seventy percent accuracy when working on phonetic placement, and in the last activity, “er as a final position”, ES resulted in about eighty percent accurateness.

Kasten appeared to be a good clinician. However, at times I think she was a little too picky in her assessment of E.S’s pronunciations. Being that this was such a long session for an eight year old, in future sessions I suggest more breaks during transitions. Lastly, I recommend more competition based games between Kasten and E.S; it will be a great way to get E.S to work hard, and strive to do her best during
