Coach Inc. Business as Usual
Introduction
When I first started my research on Coach Inc., I instantly knew, that with so much information about this company available, I’d bitten off more than I could chew. With all I’ve learned about Coach Inc., there is still plenty to know. This paper talks about some of the many business terms used by Coach Inc., the organizational structure of the company, targeting five specific areas (Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and Operations), how the evolution of technology has affected Coach Inc., how they’re affected by basic laws, and any career opportunities within the business.
Business Terms
1. Best practice - Tried and tested process.
2. Core values - Values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves.
3. Downsize - To dismiss or lay off from work.
4. Hub - An idea which other ideas are linked to.
5. Leadership - A process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.
