The Influence of Leaderships Behavior on the Success of the Project and On the Worker’s Turnover.

I. Introduction

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the transformational and

transactional leadership on the success of the construction projects in Cubao.

Construction projects are gaining more attention and interest now a day since it is

the strategic tool to implementing the organizational strategic goals and

objectives. Construction projects are facing tremendous challenges that impeded

the construction firms from meeting the individual’s project cost, schedule, and

project specifications and requirements, therefore not achieving the project success.

II. Definition of the perceive problem:

Since the construction industry is a very stressful business and full of risks, the

employee turnover is rapidly increasing as the project is getting more complex,

adding another challenge and cost to the project and therefore its success.

III. General Statement There are many challenges facing organization in the project realm. The dramatic

change in the business models now a day’s beside the volatile nature of the

business environment, the complexities of the present project, in addition to the

severe competition of trying to win the project by bidding very aggressive cost

and schedule commitments, have led many organizations not to meet the demands

of the project and not to achieve the organization goals.

Business Ethics and Morale Attitude.

I. Introduction

Not only criminals but also citizens who are not habitually in conflict with the law

exhibit dishonesty, or engaged in actions harmful to their fellow citizens (Gabor

1994). Most members of the society are aware of the rules that govern the

truthfulness of our actions, namely morale and ethics, however studies indicate that

many engage in dishonest behavior frequently and show for example that
