My best outcome happens when I am one step ahead of the other part before I start my negotiation I need to analyze what I can sacrifice, the scenario of the other part, what is my minimum and what is my best outcome. In that case my minimum outcome it is 5% increase base wage, he is more than inflation rate, the commission increase 4% sales over $12.000 per month, and the penalty rate maintains the same with TOIL. My best outcome because I can increase the base wage, but not more than commission and receive that employees need to sell more.

My worst outcome happens when I don’t have a strategy to a settlement range, in a case of the student's workbook settlement range is when I have prepared an offer to the other person, or what I can compromise or give up.
