My best outcome happens when I am one step ahead of the other part before I start my negotiation I need to analyze what I can sacrifice, the scenario of the other part, what is my minimum and what is my best outcome. In that case my minimum outcome it is 5% increase base wage, he is more than inflation rate, the commission increase 4% sales over $12.000 per month, and the penalty rate maintains the same with TOIL.
