B. The lessor is concerned about having a lessee that is responsible and can maintain the property, he wants a family man because they are usually believed to be responsible. However he is motivated to negotiate further with the lessee because he has a noble profession which places him in the category of responsible people in the society. I would suggest the best negotiating style to apply to this will be collaborative style. Participation in joint problem solving is key for me. Secondly discovering and solving the real interest of both parties is another advantage of this style when applied to the case in question.
