I stood first in College 5 years in a row, which were First Year Junior College (FYJC), Second Year Junior College (SYJC) – Junior College Education as well as First Year Bachelor of Arts (FYBA), Second Year Bachelor of Arts (SYBA), and Third Year Bachelor of Arts (TYBA) – Degree College education; for which I was felicitated at the Achiever’s Day held in College, and was a honored with a certificate for achievements in each of the respective years. A high level leadership opportunity experience for me, was during the process of my acquisition of the Third Year Bachelor of Arts (TYBA) degree with a majors in Psychology, when I was nominated by the Principal of the College I was studying in, to be a member of the Students’ Council for the academic year 2013-2014.The selection was based on my meritorious, academic performance in the previous qualifying examinations. As a member of the Students’ Council, I was a role model to all my juniors. As a part of my duties’ as a member of the council, I played an important role in organizing many inter-collegiate and intra-collegiate activities. This included organizing seminars on various psychological topics. In TYBA, I played a major role in organizing Seminars on interesting, trending and important psychological topics. The Seminar was organized in the College I was studying in – R.D. National College, and students from Psychology Departments from Colleges all over Mumbai participated in these Seminars. One of these many Seminars was organized on the issue of “Sexual Disorders”. Another was a Two Day Inter-Collegiate Seminar organized on the topics “Adolescents – the Emerging Adults in the Contemporary Society” and “Forensic Psychology”.
