Colossal Halls Of The Lithiim Temple
I walked down the colossal halls of the Lithiim Temple. Deep blue crystals perfectly accented the white walls. Two small streams flowed down to the Temple’s center and created a vast moat that surrounded the elaborate throne of my Lord. A marble statue represented him now, but if I was to report to him, I had to recite the prayer of revival.

As I uttered the last word, the statue tilted his head down and his voice echoed as he said my name, “Dia DLuz”.

Sarephins are smuggling them out of Felts Maine, and most are being auctioned across Kilothiuum. What action do you require me to do, My Lord?”
“Who dares insult my power?”
“A slaver and pirate who goes by the name Jenko Sejo, my Lord”
“Kill him and his followers”
“As you wish, my Lord”
“Make their death excruciating. Kill any humans unworthy of me”
“Of course, my Lord”
He returned back into a statue, and I left the temple. Jenko was in Pompi, a six second flight. He had a new shipment of slaves; in a futile attempt to protect their lives and profits, the men aimed their guns at me.
“Wait, wait, who are you?” Jenk made his way through his men.
“I am Dia DLuz, a servant of Lith. He has found your actions to be an insult to his power” I raised my hand; I had the power to control objects using my mind, my hand was simply a tool to control it. “And you are sentenced to death”
“Sentenced to death?” He desperately tried to get his feet back on the ground. “I’m sure we can strike a deal, Miss Dia”
“You dare corrupt a servant of the most masterful being?” I tightened my grip, and his neck began to collapse.
“Stop!” He begged. Begging? I turned my head in disgust.
“All of Jenko Sejo’s followers have the same fate” I

The King statue is a larger than life representation that looks different from the back and the front. The base of the statue has four panels, each with a different scene depicted on them. This makes the viewer motivated to walk around to each side and look at the panels. It is difficult to make a personal connection to this work because it is a lot higher than the viewer’s line of sight. It makes the viewer feel underneath the statue and not at eye level. However, the statue’s lifelike quality and naturalistic appeal provide a more personal experience.…

As I crested the dune my breath was taken away. Below me was the oasis, in it’s center was a crystal clear lake. Surrounded by palm trees, it looked like nothing I had ever seen before. It was easy to see why the Blessed had chosen this location for our first church, the contrast between the light blues of the water and the luscious greens of the forest was otherworldly. Especially after all the yellow I had seen in the past week.…

The most impressive part of the design is in its dome, where the complex corners and curves of the plan are pulled upwards like a tent. Standing at the center of the church and looking upwards, it’s beautiful shape is revealed, and the pronounced entablature makes the visitor want to flow around the space, following its shape. The dome is filled with natural light, which elevates the space into a spiritual…

There we observed the change in the form of statues. Being able to see the statues and painting we’ve studied and saw in our textbook in real life amused me. Being able to go up to them and look at the details rather than staring at the photographs also made me more interested in the art itself. For this assignment I decided to compare “Seated Statue of Gudea” and “Statue of Eros Sleeping”.…

The ancient civilisations of the Minoans and the Mycenaeans both participated in creating monumental architecture, most of which are now referred to as Minoan and Mycenaean palaces. There are many comparisons to be made when discussing these two cultures and their palaces. This essay will begin with an examination of the unique features of the Minoan palaces, followed by a discussion regarding their possible functions as communal gathering centres and a brief look at the potential meaning of the palaces in relation to frescoes and symbolic aspects of the buildings. Following this will be the introduction of Mycenaean palaces and their distinctive architectural styles such as the megaron contrasted against the large courts of the Minoan palaces,…
