According to Colossians Chapter 3 people in the workplace should do their work every day with a kind heat and a kind way about themselves. At the workplace you are working for the employer and the supervisor, but they all work for the God at the end of the day. Everyone in the employment chain has a boss they answer to every day, but at the end of each day the main boss is God. We all should work for him in a respectful and caring way. We should treat the people at the job in the same manner. God would want this for everyone involved in the situation.
