VP GROUP TMA – Productions and Talent Services
PROFILE :

The demand for new, fit and exiting Talents, Models and
Artists by the different television networks, film production companies, advertising agencies and the entertainment industry as a whole is increasing each day. This led to the idea of forming a group that would precisely serve this requirement. The V P GROUP TMA (VP GROUP) was formed in the early part of 2012. It is a group composed of Talents for television and film; Models for print and broadcast; and Artists for musical gigs and events. It was organized by Veronica
Percil, being a beauty pageant titlist, professional singer, model and a bit actress herself, purposely to have her own group of young and talented individuals to develop, train and mentor to be a part of the entertainment industry. VP stands for Veronica
Percil and TMA for talents, models and artists – Thus, the VP GROUP TMA.
The VP GROUP offers Talent Services such as Career Management, Talent Coordination and professionally developed Talent Workshops in acting, modelling, voice and dance conducted by experienced coaches for the proper improvement of talents, skills, personality and total well-being of all its members. Alongside, this service, the VP
GROUP works out to provide opportunities and exposures for its members such as television and film appearances, commercials both print and broadcast and other related events. The VP Group also offers Event Productions, Organizing and Consulting in almost all areas of promotions and entertainment.
I t is worthy to note that the VP GROUP is an off shoot of the Desire Artist Production, an agency previously established also by Veronica Percil in the year 2007 focusing mainly on training amateur musicians and organizing musical events.
The VP GROUP strives to grow its network of satisfied corporate, institutional and individual clients through honesty and commitment in every transaction and by building worthwhile partnerships.

When I first received this assignment, I had no clue on who I admired enough to profile, especially since family members and friends were off limits. Just thinking about focusing my time and energy into one person made me stressed out beyond my limits. I always felt that people were nothing special; from one person to the next everyone is equal. Then I started recalling memories from this past summer and how one person changed my view on the sport that I love and ultimately life. On June 2-3rd of this past summer of 2012, I met Diandra Asbaty. Before I met Diandra, I felt everyone was one the same level. Then I began to grasp the fact that some people have extraordinary gifts and show other people how much one’s talents can affect the world.…

Organizing, delivering results, following instructions, ability to cope with pressure, taking and logical thinking are the key elements to being successful in a management role and these are my strongest competencies. The ability to cope with pressure allows me to discover what I am made of and how I will deal with situations. There are people that deal with situations by avoiding them all together; I have always been one to speak up and be honest. Having this as one of my strengths helps me to communicate effectively with those I come in contact with in the workplace and personal life. Taking initiative is my way of resolving problems quick and peacefully; or in some cases preventing the problem from starting in the first place. My other competency is delivering results and I enjoy knowing someone is depending on me to deliver effective results. Finding creative ways to resolve an issue in the workplace is a challenge I enjoy seeking.…

I will be discussing the four steps that an organization should take to change its personnel profile. These steps include; performance appraisal, staff training and development, career development, and termination. The first step I will be talking about is performance appraisal. This is usually an annual event for every employee, and sometime contains quarterly and Simi-annual progress reports. It’s useful to mangers and administrations because they are able to determine employee skills and productivity profiles. This helps supervisor and employees to get the highest performers in the main positions. For example, a supervisor would be able to look at; an employee’s work performed strengths, weakness, and level of performance though scoring systems, charting, and comparisons.…
