Body#1 The characteristic of Bravery is readily apparent in both Thomas and Buck. Bucks bravery towards John Thornton when he got shot by an arrow and “Buck Sprang at the foremost man(it was chief of the Yeehats); ripping the throat wide open til the rent jugular spout a fountain of blood.” (p.60) The bravery it took for buck to confront an indian with a weapon to try and save John Thornton. Also Thomas had shown a lot of bravery.
