And in my personal opinion, I am still sorta uncertain of whether or not which one seems to be more right than the other. Although, if I was forced to choose a side, I might have to go with the Arminian view. Looking at the Calvinist standpoint, I just can’t seem to understand how a loving God can just predestine people to be with him while leaving so many people out of the picture and forgotten. It just doesn’t seem right at all. God is a loving and caring God, he wants everyone to be with him in Heaven, and since that is true, it just wouldn’t make any sense at all how God would predestine people, it just seem wrong. If God were to predestine people, I feel like that wouldn’t make him an all loving God. I want to live my life for God, believing in the things the Bible says and preaches. But just because I am a believer, that doesn’t mean that I should make other people around me believe in the same exact things I believe. The Bible teaches to love and respect one another and to live a life that Jesus lived and that’s what I strive to do everyday. I will admit, I don’t necessarily do that well everyday, I tend to get side-tracked very easily in the world that is around me. But I do know that with God’s love, grace and Jesus’ sacrifice I can be forgiven of my sins and have a chance to live with him in Heaven. To get back on track, the golden rule is to treat other the way I would want to be treated, and I know that I would want my views and beliefs to be looked
