Margaret Eleanor Atwood, she was born in Canada. She was inspired by famous author Lewis Carroll who wrote Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as well other authors such as Stephen King, Ray Bradbury and Peter S. Beagle. Margaret now is one of the most known Canadian writers. She has written many great books, some better than others. Two of her books that stand out to me. Lusus Naturae, which means freak of nature, and happy ending which is a book more about realism and the “happy ending” that everyone gets at the end which is death. Both these books have similarity’s due to the overall theme. Lusus Naturae is a story about a young women becoming a literal monster that her family doesn’t want to be around.
