The United States constitution is one of the oldest constitution created in the early 1780’s, while the Nevada constitution was created on July 4, 1864 in a convention, both the Nevada and the US constitution have the same branches executive, legislative, and judicial, I will give a brief summary about the 3 branches Executive is vested in the president who is the head of state and commander in chief of the armed force.(N.A)
Legislative is made up of the house and senate known as the congress.(N.A.2) Last but no least Judicial its power is vented by the supreme court its responsible of the laws of the state.(N.A.3) Even though they have the same branches they are vested differently, in the Nevada constitution the Executive branch is vested in the governor Brian Sandoval, while in the US constitution it is vested in the President Donald Trump, the federal courts of the United states are vested in the judicial branch while in the state of Nevada it is the Supreme court of justice, and in the Legislative is vested by the assembly and senate while in the US is vested by the congress.
