Compare And Contrast Paper Towns And Perks Of Being A Wallflower

The two books I chose to read this marking period were Paper Towns by John Greene and Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. I'm happy to say that I was very pleased with the books I had chosen, each novel was unique in its own way which kept me reading rather than putting the book down. Both Paper Towns and Perks of being a wallflower deal with the trials of “coming of age”, social Issues in growing up and finding out what kind of person you are inside.

In the novel Paper Towns by John Greene, readers are introduced to the main character Quentin and the “Love of his life” Margo Spiegelman. The story grows off when they find a dead body when they are xx years old. We learn how different the two characters are by how they react.
