Comparing Two Articles On Greek Mythology

In this essay i will be comparing two articles about Greek mythology and writing summaries about each one. The reason why i chose the topic about Greek mythology is because it has lots of stories about ancient deities and brave heros. When reading i’ll be looking for answers to the questions like which one i would recommend, Which one was easier to read, and if i had to choose which one was best. The first article comes from the source History.com and isn’t that long. It mainly talks about the important things in greek mythology. It tells you why greek mythology was so important and it also tells you the main deities that are mentioned in stories. In the article it talks about a hand full of heros and monsters that have famous stories like Hercules, Perseus, Arachne,Pandora, Cyclops and Sphinx. The author concludes the first article by saying how greek mythology has influenced history since the beginning and gives examples like the paintings from the Renaissance. In the first article it gives us the main points of greek mythology and enough information to get you interested to learn more about it. The second article comes from the site called Encyclopedia.com; In the article it gives you plenty of information about Greek Mythology. The article might overwhelm
The reason for this choice is because even if it is long and a little disorientated it’ll help me understand what the greeks have gone through and believed in. From the questions above; i would like to say that the second article would be the one that is most informative, recommended, pleasing, confusing, and, entertaining out of the two.
