I believe that thirty minutes is too little and people should be doing moderate exercise for forty five minutes to an hour six days a week. Luckily for me this goal is very easy to achieve since I have many public resources around my community, for example; the bike trails located all throughout the neighborhoods, the gym located inside of the local recreational center, the two outdoor public swimming pools, the two public soccer fields, the basketball courts at almost every park in Dublin, the volleyball courts found in some parks around my neighborhood, the tennis courts found plentifully amongst my neighborhood, the ice skating rink, sports centers (i.e. Sports Ohio, Field Sports, etc.), the local sports teams, the tracks located at middle and high schools,
