Computer Hardware
Computer Hardware came about when machines needed separate manual actions to be able to perform specific mathematical functions. Luckily in 1941, a man by the name of Konrad Zuse invented what was considered the first working, fully operable computer. Prior to this, most of the calculations were done manually to calculate by people with adding machines. Today these adding machines are better known as calculators. Back then, all you had to do is push buttons, but in today’s modern software technology it has been made easier to utilize all of a computers functions and as well as been simplified thanks to computer hardware and all of its wonderful components. Computer hardware is a way to process information in our everyday lives just by the click of a mouse. Computer software and hardware is the collection of physical and nonphysical elements that together constitute a computer system. Some examples of computer hardware include such components as a monitor, keyboard, removable storage, a hard disk drive, sound systems, mice, printers, and speakers. The monitor is used for being able to view whatever functions you have requested the computer to perform, usually using a mouse to navigate around on the monitor. The keyboard clearly is used to possibly type long essays such as this one, but can also be used to perform number functions and short cut keys such as Ctrl+Alt+V simply tells the computer to paste for example and without a mouse to navigate on the monitor it is possible to carry out the same or similar functions on a keyboard it just takes a little bit longer. Removable storage can be very useful for computers that don’t have a lot of ROM OR RAM and can be saved on a removable device which are called flash drives and stored as if it was ROM which is a permanent memory storage which is howit is able to remember how to reboot and start up after you initially turn the computer on. A hard disk drive is the main storage device that many computers have today

Altogether, there are about eight organizational structure types. Each company has to find a way of putting these “pieces of the puzzle” into one well thought-out outline to represent the necessary relationships. In this case, we’ll be looking at the divisional structure. According to the text, “as organizations grow and become increasingly diversified, they find that functional departments have difficulty managing a wide variety of products, customers, and geographic regions. In this case, organizations may restructure to group all functions into a single division and duplicate each of the functions across all the divisions (Bateman and Snell 8th edition, 2009).”…
