Conair
Conair is a leading manufacturer and marketers of health and beauty products. Conair is a well-recognized and respected brand in today’s market. Conair was established since 1959, during their successful growing, the company accumulated loyal consumers. For our purposes, I have decided to evaluate one of their products, which is Conair 1875 hair dryer which I own myself. Therefore, I can honestly evaluate their owner’s manual. I have been using the product for some time, for this reason I will apply the eight measures of Excellency to critique the owner’s manual. The purpose of reviewing another company owner’s manual is to evaluate the effectiveness of the owner’s manual, compared to our manual. It also explains in clear details safety concerns. There is a section called: important safety instructions, which is well written and describe how to avoid any accidence. Also the manual indicates the appropriate way to use the device in different circumstances and places. It describes clearly the danger of mishandling the device incorrectly. I couldn’t identify any misleading facts or dishonest information.
Clarity:
The manual described the proper and safe way to use the hair dryer. There is a specific section called: 1875 watt operating guide, which explains how to properly use the device, and the consequences of improper use. This section is subdivided into three parts; safety features, styling guide, and drying basics. Each part is written in a list form, each step was simple and easy to understand.

Accuracy:
The information provided about the device is highly accurate. For example, the technologies in the device, such as the ionizing function, give a complete description and accurate explanation of how this function works, and how it differentiate this dryer from other dryers. I can concur that this information about the ionizer is correct, because I use the dryer

Also it does not force the reader flip through multiple pages in order to read the manual correctly. The manual fit one paper, written in multiple column formats. There are paragraphs with steps, warning signs and clarifying pictures on both sides of the paper. This is a proper way to organize and print the manual to be accessible by majority of the readers.
Conciseness
The manual information is written concisely to fit the purpose of the owner’s manual. Each section is sub headed and bolded, so the reader can easily find the needed information. Each section uses minimum words to describe it context, also it provides simple and uncomplicated words for the description. The manual consists of only two pages where information is easily identified and understood by the reader.
Professional Appearance
The professional appearance of the manual is well organized and presented professionally. The document follows a standard format, sections and words are printed clearly, and the subheadings are bolded and centered. The manual includes a diagram of the hair dryer, which identifies all of its parts and usage. In addition, the document includes warning signs, such as electricity and water don’t mix. Precaution information is printed in red bold font, which captures the reader’s attention. There is also one eight hundred number included for further assistance and
