This project includes two developments on 81 acres of land. Known as the Cochesett Estates, these homes will include 120 housing units. At one of the properties, residents will find 81 single-family homes. About 30 of these homes will be designated as affordable housing units. The other 39 cottages at the Cochesett Estates will be condominiums with spacious courtyards.
Along the border of Brockton, another housing development is in the works. The Meadow Woods subdivision will include 33 homes once it is completed. Construction on the property began in the middle of last year. Some of these homes have already been finished, but they tend to be sold fairly quickly. Luckily, there are still more units that have to be built to finish the subdivision.
