Conflict Between Inhumane Laws And Abortion
It is in the public’s interest to make it a separate crime to kill a fetus. For one, an unborn child should not be killed due to the negligence of another person. Therefore, if an individual kills a woman who is pregnant intentionally or unknowingly, he or she should be charged with killing an unborn child. On the other hand, if a pregnant woman intentionally kills her child using measures other than abortion, then she should also be charged with murdering a fetus.
There is a conflict between fatal homicide laws and abortion rights. This is because many people believe that if woman can make a choice to kill their child anyway through abortion, then it should not be an issue when someone kills a fetus. The conflict is resolved by each state
