People may be said to resemble not the bricks of which a house is built, but the pieces of a picture puzzle, each differing in shape, but matching the rest, and thus bringing out the picture. - Felix Adler Believing in the above quote, I deem myself capable of becoming one of the essential pieces that would make a complete picture of the class. I believe that variety of skills which I possess from my diversified personal and professional experiences will influence my contributions to your college. I am an engineer with interest in arts, a man with technical aptitude with inclination towards business, and a person with zeal towards personal goals with dedication towards social responsibility. With these diversified facets, I hope to contribute to College community in different arenas such as teams, class and clubs etc. I hope I would be able to complement others knowledge and skills, and supplement the experiences of MBA Class and College community. My diverse career background from IT and Education domain would govern my contributions towards the teams at College. My Professional experiences from teaching and IT have imparted me the skills of knowledge sharing, team handling and mentoring, Persuasion and motivation. Application of these skills at work helped me create teams bristling with knowledge and confidence despite initial lack of competency. I have been awarded appreciation certificate for team mentoring as an acknowledgement of these skills. Participation in global teams and interaction with global clients has provided experience of working in diverse environments and enhanced cultural assimilation skills. With these skills at hand, I can contribute to global teams at College by fostering a knowledge-sharing atmosphere among my peer group and promote better learning among my class amid the grueling schedules of the program.
