I have reviewed your conversation with Mr. Bradley Stonefield, and will begin putting together a few recommendations based on the business strategy that was presented last week to increase work performance. In addition, I will take a look at the alignment of performance management framework to the organizational business strategy, the job analysis process to identify the skills needed, the methods used for measuring the employees skills, and the approach for delivering an effective performance review. I know that Mr. Bradley Stonefield will be at a -$50,000 within the first year of business as well as 25 newly hired employees. Which holiday celebrates harvest around a bonfire, monster carved pumpkins, candy sales that soar to the millions, and costumes that are as unpredictable as the weather? Halloween, of course! Halloween is the second most successful holiday behind Christmas and I don’t have enough paper to explain all of the reasons. Halloween comes in many colors but the ones we always associate it with are orange and black – orange represents the fall harvest and black represents darkness and death (creepy!). Seemingly, the two are twisted into one interestingly spooky season.…

In modern America, women are commonly expected and encouraged to explore career paths that were virtually unthinkable for women in relatively recent history. Much progress has been made in the past 40-50 years toward gender equality, and at the time of this writing, it appears that the first female presidential candidate will run in the 2016 primary election. However, these are relatively recent changes in American culture and sadly, vestiges of old social norms still have a toehold in some parts of the country and the unilluminated parts of many people's psyches. In this story, Dubus reminds us of what it might have been like for a young female in what is likely the 1950's to 1960's era (not that long ago), where the high standards of female…

As people started coming in, I got to worry that we didn't have enough chairs as so many people there was.…

Thus, people tend to outdo themselves when it comes to crafting their "persona" for the night, taking much of their inspiration from movies, video games, the news, and even Internet memes to build the greatest costumes.…
