Name of the business: 1. Re-feel: it can mean refill your energy and feel the difference 2. Love life: love yourself through life cultivate 3. Live Young 4. healive-healthy lifestyle/ being healthy, being alive, heal your life
What will your business do?
My restaurant serving nutrition and delicious food based on Chinese Medicine knowledge, a way to promote life cultivation through diet. We also want to break the concept that "nutritive food is not delicious".
Providing products that enables the consumers to improve health condition through food therapy
What form of business ownership will your business take? Why did you choose this form?
General Partnership :business with two or more owners who share in both the operation of the firm and the financial responsibility for its debts.
Advantages of partnership:
(1) Ease of organization
(2) Sufficient capital
(3) Flexible management
(4) Combined abilities
(5) Personal interest
Briefly describe your ideal customer. What are they like in terms of age, income level, and so on?
Our principle emphasizes on health for all, that’s mean our customer is to the public no matter what age the customer is, and their income level. However, Ideal customers: Age - 25-60
Nowadays, people of 25 to 40 years old are always busy working, stressed and lack of exercise. Usually they neglect their health.
For people of 41 to 60 years old, their body condition is no longer as when they are young. Diseases such as diabetes and hypertension occurs.
These two groups of people may improve their body condition through food therapy.
Why will customers choose to buy from your business instead of your competition? * Serves great and nutritional foods at reasonable price-more to civilians * Enrich menu time by time according to the climatic factors and seasons for example when the weather is damp for certain period which may often affect the digestive function of the spleen and stomach, our menu will follow
