Then again, the galra hadn’t known they had a paladin of Voltron when they had captured Shiro. His count reaches thirty and the galra turn down another hallway, Keith is quick on his feet and rushes to the metal door separating him from Lance. The small movement reveals so much. Matt isn’t in good shape, he wobbles and leans into Keith’s shoulder, and he’s sure he can see an unkindly shape jutting from Matts ankle; he prays it’s just the shadows. With a quick glance into the hallway to check for the all clear, Keith carries Matt out into the open. They manage an awkward shuffle as they go, their speed leaving something to be desired, but he keeps it to himself. He knows Matt isn't to blame, he also knows by the look on Matt’s face that even now he’s pushing himself. Keith feels his throat constrict, a growl whispers through him, red voicing his anger in a way Keith
