1. Central distribution for Smallware :

2. Independent supply chain :

3. Darden direct distribution.
Frozen, dry and canned food products are handled econammically by Darden's distribution centers which are managed by US food distributors such as MBM, Mains and sigma .this is Darden's second supply line.
4. Seafood warehousing network.
Darden has developed independent suppliers of fresh fish that are source inspected by Darden's overseas representative to ensure quality .these products are shipped to the US to several locations and distributers for quick delivery. With several suppliers, Darden must be the when it comes to collaboration, parterning, communicating and food safety ; they achieve that by doing many things like heavy travel schedules for purchasing , native speaking employees on site and aggressive communication .
