Dave Krick Rotting

A restaurant owner (Dave Krick) comes up with a different solution for their garbage problem. It’s called vermiculture, the process when you compost with worms. The environment-conscious restaurant owner Dave Krick thought ‘‘vermicomposting—the process of worms creating compost—would be a good place to begin. He then set up a vermicomposting bin in his restaurant's basement.’’ Rotting food is eaten by the worms,and the food doesn't stink like normal composting.
