1. Whose Fault is it that the U.S. Federal Government Is shutdown?
1. The Republicans shut down the U.S. Federal Government, or DID they?Well it depends on who you speak to and what party affiliation they favor. But knowing who had the option to keep the government running and chose not to, is very clear. The budget bill was passed by the House of Representatives covering everything that the government does on a daily basis for all of FY 2014, except for the Affordable Care Act.
The Democrats in the Senate chose not to vote to authorize money to be spent, because the budget bill did not include funds for the Affordable Care Act.
2. Why is the gov 't shut down?Republicans want “Fair” and “Equal” treatment under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Big businesses was granted a one year waiver to enroll in the ACA but the individual American’s have a three month window to By not funding the Affordable Care Act,
3. What issues are there between the Democrats & the Republicans in the Senate, House, & President that led to the gov 't being shut down? The Senate Republicans wanted the Senate Democrats and the President to give the ordinary person a one year extension to on applying for ACA. The House passed several bills to open the government during the shutdown. But Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid did not want to place the vote on the floor of the Senate if it did not have any funding for the ACA. “No Negotiations” is all he kept saying.
4. Whose fault is it? I believe the blame should go between Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and the President. Ultimately, the President has Executive Power to open the government fully, but chose not to. He chooses only to use this Executive Power if the Democrats will gain over the Republicans or to move his political agenda (which is Socialism).
2. Republicans or Democrats?
