Human Resource Management (HRM) is the of managing human talent to achieve an organization’s objectives in which achieve the goals of the firm and of its’ employers.
Incoming to a business is easy, but managing the business is harder. If wanting to because a Human Resource (HR) professional, you must know the ins and outs of the business. This means as part of the HR managing team you must know the economics and financial aspects of the business, thus allowing your business mastery, in which allows you to steer the business in the right direction of strategic skills that gear towards external focus on relations with the firm’s customers. HR professionals are the expert scientist of behavior in the organization. HR mastery must be able to maintain the staffing, reward system, organization design, award performance, but most of all must be able to communicate correctly and efficiently through the organization. As a HR professional you must be able to handle all changes that may happen, and implicate changes as well. Finally as a professional in HR you must have personal credibility. You must be trust worthy, have the ability to maintain personal relationships within the business, lived values, but most of all in: the retrospect to have courage in which allows to all changes to be pushed forward.
Right now my workplace is at home as a stay at home mother. I did not choose this as my profession, though I love being at home with the kids. I am currently being treated by my doctor for my disability and before I met my husband I had to work and support my kids and myself. Since him and I have gotten married my doctor has told me I could not work, which in turn caused me to have to stay home with the kids. I recently had to make changes at home that help me maintain the house work and schedules of the kids. Due to mobility issues, my husband now has to
