Some parents believe that students, like me, are easygoing and relaxed because we do not have to worry about jobs to keep or bills to pay. But the thing is, sometimes parents cannot see that we carry stress around all the time at school and at home. As a student, there are times when the goals set by my teachers are very demanding added by the time I have to spend for my after school math program and music lessons that my parents made me do. His situation is a matter of life and death, and mine is bearable until the weekend comes. His is brought about by the things that he did not want, mine is brought about by my own willingness. Our stress is both physical and mental and both of us can feel the same the same symptoms like headaches, lacking energy, lack of sleep and even get sick. And both of us will still keep on going and not lose hope until we succeed.
In my conclusion, I believe that when we both get into a stressful situation, we both try our best to overcome the bad condition. We basically get almost the same behavioral effects and when we get stressed out although we have different reasons why we get stressed. The way we handle it matters. One thing can I recommend in my case as a student, to avoid stress to to manage time effectively. A systematic handling of time, activities and school responsibilities is the answer to avoid
