During my experience of driving to DH, I was experiencing aversive, because I didn’t want to get in an accident, so I had to keep my eyes on the road. My attention was aversive because I had to pay attention to avoid a negative experience. Another example of aversive was me thinking I was not able to run 4 miles. By me thinking that I was not able to run, I was experiencing aversive. It was aversive, because I had my attention to a situation that was negative, so I focused on the outcome of my body, after the run.
