Delivery Expectation Based on our survey and interviews, our market would want their food dine in and serve fast. Dine in a nice ambiance, to see around and eat their meal with convenience. In our survey a whopping 83% of our respondents prefer dine in service for their mixed friend rice, they also have in mind that eating fried rice would be much more appetizing when you eat in a nice place. Take-out can also be a way for them in the survey 17% would like take out fried rice, we can also serve this market and increase sales. In terms of their waiting time our market is very busy and would want their food within 5-10mins. Further asking them why, they said that normally fried rice would be cooked fast so they expect it with in that 5-10mins range.
The survey should be our basis in what to do for the market to attract them. Coincidently our delivery of the product would meet what the customer expectation; we would deliver our mixed fried rice fast within 5-10mins, nice customer service and heated properly. And our business would accommodate both dine in and take-out, our delivery system

With our proposed business they are a direct competitor due to the fact they serve good fried rice. But they also have different product and would have a bigger market, we would just want to chip off most of their fried rice customer. Their place and price would kill them, the place they have and only accommodate 12 person and really it is crowded when you dine. Price would also be a big issue for them, we dined with them several time, we heard one of the store manager that stop giving to much in one serving because they would not profit. Plus they give a lot of freebies like free iced tea plus refill, condiments, and water. And having more products they have to carry and sustain, they usually just reheat the product from several hours
