With our proposed business they are a direct competitor due to the fact they serve good fried rice. But they also have different product and would have a bigger market, we would just want to chip off most of their fried rice customer. Their place and price would kill them, the place they have and only accommodate 12 person and really it is crowded when you dine. Price would also be a big issue for them, we dined with them several time, we heard one of the store manager that stop giving to much in one serving because they would not profit. Plus they give a lot of freebies like free iced tea plus refill, condiments, and water. And having more products they have to carry and sustain, they usually just reheat the product from several hours
