For example: the person may fall and have a fracture, weight loss due to excessive walk, isolated with the society and can become victim of other people. The fall injury may cause death of the person, the hip fracture may result the condition of long term bed ridden. The less contact with surrounding people results the decrease in cognitive function, and they may be victim of other outer people who has antisocial behavior.

Fourth cloud shows the detail information of those intervention. It includes 4 interventions:
1) Exercise and walking therapies: exercise and walking therapies help to reduce the duration of wandering. The walking therapy is based on safe walking practice with the care provider. It helps to establish the effective therapeutic communication between person and care giver.
2) Environmental modification:
Environmental modification includes providing subjective barrier like: placing the mirror, camouflaging in door knobs that prevent person from unnecessary walking.
3) Behavioral modification:
Behavioral modification refers to the modification in behavior like: assisting in dining table because most of the person who has behavioral problem of wandering skip meal. This helps to maintain the balance diet.
4) Psychosocial
