IV.System Overview
This system functions to implement process of the dental clinic that record about patient personal detail, patient treatment, patient appointment, patient billing, and dental treatment and disease. Patient personal detail consists the information about general information, previous medical history and previous dental history. Patient treatment module consist the information about the tooth examination and record and list of treatment that has done. Besides that, cental treatment and disease module provide information about the cause of tooth extraction and tooth filling. The propose system is also focuses to improved the current system in part of the record of the patient.
IV. Statement of the problem
A.General Problem: Manual Dental Record keeping of information.
B.Specific Problem:
No proper way in recording important information.
Hard to keep track inventory
V.Objective of the study A. General Objective: To Develop a System called Dental Record Management System B.Specific Objectives
System manages to save all the patient record accurately and computerized.
System able to avoid the data redundancy of patient dental information.
System manages to check the available date and time to make appointment between dentist and patient.
System able to display patient dental history and treatment that had been done.
Generate report of patient dental condition according to the treatment session.
V. Scope and Limitations:
The system is not intended to replace the role of human being in the world, for it has limitation and capabilities.
