Depression affects nearly 5-8 percent of Americans ages 18 and over in a given year, seems as if teens have a higher chance of being depressed. This is where it all starts in young teens this is where the problem can be stopped.
Cause of this can be from something simple to something more serious. There is plenty of triggers for depression can be caused by something as simple as a bad test score or class grade. Or even something traumatic like the loss of a pet or family member. Triggers usually one to feel really stressed and the longer this goes on the higher chance someone has of becoming depressed. By removing whats stressful in your life you can eliminate your chances of becoming
