Describe The Difference Between Panic And Anxiety
Suffering with the effects of your nervous reactions, more specifically, stress, phobia, panic and anxiety disorders, is an overwhelming problem. Often it is difficult to differentiate between stress and anxiety to actual panic. The line between is a blurred space.

The anxiety and panic condition falls into two types. The first is responsive to the situation you are in, a reactive response brought on by circumstances, such as driving, flights or socialising. The second is more general. The feelings you have are constantly present, a raised natural anxiety threshold which can be utterly exhausting.

In order to deal with real life trouble and threats your mind will issue warnings and cause you to feel anxiety, fear and highly stressful emotions. This is a beneficial reaction to enable you to survive the cause by fleeing or fighting. Your body raises adrenalin and your heart will pound

However, this is a mask, not a cure. Medications can take quite a while to work and will be a long term treatment. It is not guaranteed that when you stop the course, you mind will have learned not to overreact, you may in fact be back in the same boat you are in right now, months ahead.

Self diagnosis of panic and anxiety conditions is oftentimes preferable for people as they do not want to visit doctors or counsellors due to their embarrassment. They may fear that they are losing their sanity or worse still have some kind of very serious medical condition causing their physical symptoms. The head in the sand attitude is very common.

Anxiety and panic symptoms, whether suffered constantly, often or infrequently need a clear plan of action with a proper preferably natural, course of treatment.
